if you cannot find an answer to your question.
YES! We can fix your vehicle through ANY insurance company, self-pay or third party payer.
There are many factors that determine when and if an airbag deploys such as: point of impact, rate of deacceleration, if a person is wearing a seatbelt and how much that person weighs to name a few. If all of the criteria are met only then will an airbag deploy. Every time you start your vehicle the airbag system runs a self-diagnostic check. You will see the airbag light on the dashboard light up and then go out if nothing is wrong. If a problem exists, the light will NOT go out but remain illuminated until the issues has been resolved.
Absolutely. In fact it’s against the law in PA to tell someone they have to use a specific shop. Insurance companies know this so they often choose their words carefully to mislead you and make you think you do not have a choice.
It is always your choice where you have your vehicle repaired.
It's quite common for today’s vehicles to incur damage to its frame during a collision. This is by design and helps keep you safe during the collision. Frames are made weaker in certain areas and stronger in others. These are known as “crush or collapse” zones and assist in channeling the energy from an impact around the cabin of the vehicle. In the past (1980’s and before) this technology did not exist, and frames were more severely damaged and less repair friendly. The frames of todays vehicles are also designed with reparability in mind so with the proper training and three-dimensional measuring systems the majority of frames can be corrected properly.
Each repair situation is unique to itself. Obviously the more severe the damages the longer a repair would take. Other factors such as time to receive parts and cooperation from insurers also factor into the length of repair. Once an agreement has been made with an insurance company and parts ordered we are able to give you a target completion date.
We accept all forms of payment except personal checks. All credit / debit cards including Discover and AMEX, insurance checks, certified checks and Apple Pay are acceptable.
We warranty our paint and workmanship as long as you own your vehicle.
Absolutely not. You have the right to have your vehicle fixed wherever you choose. If you would like to have your vehicle repaired here simply give us a call and we can help make the arrangements to have the vehicle moved to our facility.
Working with insurers and coming to an agreement is part of our repair process. Once the vehicle is at our shop and disassembled, we compare the estimate the insurance company wrote to the actual damages on the vehicle. We then create a list of additional items and necessary operations required to repair the vehicle properly (this is called a supplement) and submit it to the insurance company. We then follow a process of justifying and negotiating the supplement until an agreement is reached. The insurance company is then responsible to pay the additional amount to repair the vehicle properly.
